Settings
Open Settings from the left navigation. Settings are organised into sections on a single scrollable page.
General
Section titled “General”Default user filter — choose the status filter (All, Active, Locked, Disabled, Risky) that is pre-selected when the Users page opens. Saves a click if you always start with the same view.
Appearance
Section titled “Appearance”Theme — switch between Light and Dark colour schemes. The choice is saved and applies immediately.
Row density — Comfortable (48 px rows) or Compact (36 px rows). Use Compact when you need to see more accounts at once on smaller screens.
Keyboard shortcuts
Section titled “Keyboard shortcuts”A reference card showing all keyboard shortcuts active throughout the app. Shortcuts cannot be customised in this version.
Directory
Section titled “Directory”Shows the currently connected domain and the operator role encoded in your licence.
To change the domain connection (for example after a password rotation), go to the onboarding wizard via Help → About and re-run the domain step, or contact support.
Licence
Section titled “Licence”Current licence — shows your licence tier and the name it is issued to.
Activate licence key — paste a new licence key here and click Activate to unlock paid features or upgrade your tier. The app validates the key against the licence server; an internet connection is required for the initial activation.
Privacy
Section titled “Privacy”Share usage data — when enabled, anonymous event counts (app launches, operations performed) are sent to help prioritise improvements. No usernames, account names, or domain details are ever transmitted. A unique anonymous install ID is generated locally and is not linked to any person.
Disable this toggle to opt out entirely. The choice persists across sessions and app updates.
Support
Section titled “Support”Generate diagnostic bundle — packages the last 7 days of logs, a redacted audit sample (no account names, passwords, or IP addresses), and system information into a ZIP file.
- Click Generate bundle.
- Choose Save locally to pick a save location, or Open folder to find the file in your Downloads folder.
- Attach the ZIP to your support email or paste its path into the support chat.
Shows the installed version, build commit SHA, licence tier, and connected domain. Click Copy to clipboard to copy all four values at once — useful when submitting a support request.
