Overview Dashboard
The Overview page is the first screen you see after connecting to your domain. It gives you a live snapshot of your directory’s health.
KPI cards
Section titled “KPI cards”Four cards at the top of the page update every time you navigate to the Overview or press F5.
| Card | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Active Users | Enabled accounts in scope |
| Locked Out | Accounts with lockoutTime > 0 that require an unlock |
| Risky Accounts | Accounts with an elevated risk score (stale password, never-expires flag, long inactivity) |
| Disabled | Deactivated accounts still present in the directory |
Click any card to jump directly to the Users page with that filter pre-applied.
Recent Activity
Section titled “Recent Activity”The Recent Activity feed shows the last 20 operations performed through Velauth, pulled from the audit log. Each row shows the time, operator, action, and target account.
Click View Audit Log at the bottom of the feed to open the full Audit Log page.
Risk Feed
Section titled “Risk Feed”The Risk Feed lists accounts flagged with an elevated risk score. Accounts appear here if they meet one or more risk criteria:
- Password has not changed in over 90 days
- Password is set to never expire
- Account has been inactive for over 60 days
- Account is in a sensitive OU but is not managed by a known operator
Click any account in the feed to open its detail pane on the Users page.
Quick Actions
Section titled “Quick Actions”The four Quick Action buttons let you jump to a common task without navigating first:

| Unlock Accounts | Opens the Users page filtered to locked accounts |
| Export Report | Opens the Export Reports dialog |
| View Risky Accounts | Opens the Users page filtered to risky accounts |
